Most of the supplier information is self-explanatory and is for your quick reference purposes only.  See example below.

v  Supplier Ranking: Provides a way to compare one supplier to another supplier and is used by the ShopKart.

Plastic Dress-Up Co. has a ranking of 5 and JDS industry has a ranking of 10.  Thus, when your customer is viewing a list of products the PDU products will be exhibited ahead of the JDS products.  We start your ShopKart out with all suppliers on an equal ranking.  Ranking changes are at your discretion.

Account Number:  This is your supplier account number.  We populate it with a generic 1234567890 (this is not a real account number).  Changing it to your account number is optional.

v  Web Site: is for you to record the supplier’s web site URL if you want a quick reference.

v  Use ID and Password: If the supplier has a website login for your account; we have provided a place for you to record your user ID and password.  Optional and for informational purposes only.
