Every setting in the list depends upon information provided by UPS.  We will not have the information nor will we be able to communicate with UPS on your behalf.  If you need assistance gathering the needed information please contact UPS Customer Services.  However, if there is a technical problem with the interface please give us a call.

v  UPS Account Number:  Consult with a UPS representative to obtain an account number.

v  UPS User ID and Password: when you create an account you should be provided with a user ID and password if not contact UPS Customer Services.

v  XML Access Key this is needed to communicate with the UPS web interface, it will also be provided by UPS.

v  Country: Our ShopKart system support UPS United States and Canada only.

v  Pickup Type:  These are UPS terms used to communicate with UPS’s Web interface.  If you are unsure which to select please contact UPS Customer Services.

v  Weight and Length Units: These depend on your geographic location.  If you are unsure which to use please contact UPS Customer Services.
