The Top Category description is displayed on the main home page of your ShopKart site.  To edit and review the top category description, do the following:

Start in the Main Menu by clicking on Web Stores icon as shown below:

Next, click on Edit icon located to the far left of your Web Store as shown below:

Next click the Top Category tab as shown below:

This tab also provides a way to change the text used for the Type Categories, Theme Categories and Quick Links areas of the ShopKart web site.  In addition, you can upload a PNG file for artwork that can appear below the quick links area.  See the following example of what these fields affect:
