When you edit a tax schedule you will be provided with the current list of postal code ranges.   You can add or delete a postal cod range.  There is no edit option so if it needs to be change delete the old and create a new.  

Please Note: Delete should only be used to make correction.  If your sales tax percentages or postal code areas have changed you should create a new schedule that reflects the change as of a certain date.
