To the right of the configuration screen is a link to open an Authorize.net Payment Gateway account and/or a merchant account.

Reminder: Authorize.net is the only integrated Credit Card Provider. However, any Credit Card company can process the charges for the order. Card number validation is not dependent on having an Authorize.net account.  See Payment Method
