To search for an order you may filter by Order Status:

v  All Orders
Shows all orders for All Order Statuses

v  In Progress
Shows Orders whereby a customer has added an item/s to their shop cart but they have not provided any without any contact information as of yet

v  Check Out–Review:
The customer added items and provided contact information however they did not complete the order by accepting the store checkout agreement and submitting the order.

v  Pending Acceptance:
The order has been placed and is waiting for you to accept or decline.

v  Order Accepted:
These are orders whereby you have accepted the order. Make sure you view and print order before accepting as once an order is accepted, the all Credit card information will be masked as required by PCI Compliance.

v  Order Declined
These are orders that you have previously declined for some reason. In some case you are unable to produce an order, so you will mark it declined. Once Declined the order is still viewable except credit card information will be masked and no longer recoverable as required by PCI Compliance.

You may also enter a word such as the customer’s name, to help find a particular order.
