This is an import section to pay close attention to.  If there was an error in the sipping estimate you want to know and get it resolved with the customer before you produce the product. 

Note: To avoid shipping estimate problem make sure your products have an accurate weight and the minimum weight of a product is not less the 0.75 lbs. Lower weights do not return a shipping cost because of the UPS shipping interface.
