The following options allow for customizing the user rights. Check all privileged needed by the users. 

Remember: if “user management” rights are given to a user they will be able to change theirs and other user’s privileges.   Anyone with this privilege should be considered an admin user.

Important Note: at least one admin user should always have the “user management” rights checked.  See example below.
