The user management interface provides the ability to limit access rights to specific areas of the ShopKart.  If you forget your login information we cannot retrieve your password.  We can reset your password if you call our technical support line.  After we have validated your account information we will reset the password for you.  When the main admin user is logged in; they can update the passwords for all users by clicking on the edit icon.

Please Note: at least one admin user should always have the “user management” rights checked. 

v  User Name: this is descriptive only.

 

v  User ID: is used for log-in purposes. (recommended to be 8 characters in length)

 

v  Password: also used for log-in purposes.  You will be forced to provide a strong password; if the password is not strong enough suggestions for improving the password will be given.

a)    Weak - Add uppercase letters. - Add Numbers. - Add Symbols: ~!@#$%&*.

b)    Weak - Add Numbers. - Add Symbols: ~!@#$%&*.

c)    Medium - Add Symbols: ~!@#$%&*.

d)    Strong will be displayed when the password is strong enough.

 

Basically, you need at least 10 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 symbol.
