Use the filter and search to narrow the list of products you want to work with.

Filter option include:

v  Status—this is based on the products current status.

Ø  Active

Ø  Inactive

Ø  Inactive (because product is) Discontinued

Ø  Inactive (because the product is) Newly Imported

v  Supplier—all current suppliers; both active and inactive suppliers will show up in this list.

v  Product Family—all current product families will appear as an option in this list. 

Note: Product Family do not = Categories.  See Product Families

v  Search—you can search products by keywords based on either if the product:

Ø  Contains the keyword

Ø  Does Not Contain the keyword
