Occasionally a customer or order record may be locked and the lock will remain due to BizWizard Order Manager not shutting down correctly. If this occurs, a record lock may still exist when you start up BizWizard Order Manager and try to access that customer or order.
You can use this option to remove any record locks. Be aware it removes ALL record locks for all customers and all orders. For this reason it is recommended that you restart BizWizard on all computers after removing all record locks to prevent data inconsistencies.
VERY
IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT REMOVE RECORD LOCKS SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU MAY NOT LIKE
THEM. Record locks are there to protect
the integrity of your data. Use this
option only on an as needed basis when you know there should not be any locks
yet a lock still exists.
To remove all record locks, simply click on Delete All Record Locks on the BizWizard Order Manager menu as show below:
