You may Exit BizWizard Order Manager™ in one of two ways. The Most intuitive way to exit BizWizard Order Manager™ is to close the software down by clicking on the Red X in the upper right hand corner. This option will exit BizWizard Order Manager™, but will not allow you to choose optional exit criteria which we will discuss in a moment. See example below:
The second method of closing BizWizard Order Manager™ provides you with Exit Options. If you wish to make use of these exit options, you must follow this method for closing down BizWizard Order Manager™. From the BizWizard Order Manager™ Menu, select Exit BizWizard menu option as shown below:
This will bring up the following screen which has the close options displayed. NOTE:
The only time the following screen is displayed is if you have the Workstation
Setup options set to compact the database on close. If
you’re Workstation
Setup options are not set to compact database upon close,
then BizWizard Order Manager™ will just exit. |
Database Maintenance should be performed at least once a week, if not a couple of times a week. The Database maintenance will keep your database running smoothly and quickly. The longer you go between performing the database maintenance, the higher risk your database will incur for database corruptions. Do not skip doing database maintenance for long periods of time.
NOTE:
Database maintenance can only be done by a single computer that has exclusive
access to the database. If any other
computers are connected to the database, then the database maintenance will be
skipped even if database maintenance is selected as shown in the above
screenshot.
NOTE: The Perform Database Maintenance Window will
only show up if you have the WorkStation Setup option for Compact Repair on
Exit check marked (See Workstation Setup)
