If you have a product that you want to have a waiver form printed whenever it is used, simply click on the Waiver Form Setup Tab

 

 

 

Now you can enter your Waiver Text that you want, and if you want to print out the waiver form each time this product is used in an order, simply check mark the Print Waiver box.

 

This feature can be used in many cases, an example of why you may want to use something like this is if you setup a product called something like engraving/External  to be used when you are going to be engraving on a product that was brought to you.  You may want to have a waiver that explains that the use of computer engravers can sometimes slip or cause damage to a product and that you will not be responsible for the replacement of the item.   So now when you create the order and click done, it will automatically print the waiver form with your text for the customer’s signature understanding that something could go wrong and you will not replace the item.
