To access the Menu system for the Associates menu, click on the Menu tab to show the following Menu items for the Associates Section:
Work With Section
v Work with Associates–To work with and manage the associates, click on this option
Payroll Section
v Unpaid Timesheets – Works with any associate timesheets that BizWizard Order Manager indicates still remains unpaid.
Reporting Section
v Payroll Report – Prints a report of timesheets and associated payroll, deductions, and gross amounts earned.
v Paid Sales by Associate Report – prints two reports in one. One is a commission report and the other is a sales report of sales by associate. Reports only paid sales, any sales on invoices that remain with a balance due will not report until the invoice is paid.
Current User Section
v Clock In/Clock Out – Provides a mechanism for associates to clock-in and clock-out thus creating time-sheet recordings.
v Change Password/Preferences – Provides a way for each associate to set their own user preferences as well as change their password.
v Associate Internal E-Mails – Provides access to the internal e-mail system built into BizWizard Order Manager™. Associates may send, receive, forward and generally manage their internal e-mail system.
v Associate Internal Calendar – Provides access to the Calendar system for the associate currently logged in. The calendar system allows you to add events, block out time-frames for to-do options, schedule meetings internally, etc.
