If you need to collect other tax percentages such as a state disability tax, other tax for employee timesheets, BizWizard Order Manager™ provides two additional employee tax tables.  First identify the name of the table at the top of the table and then provide the tax record Associated. If you do not need additional employee tax tables for your state, do not provide anything.
