Click on the System number tab to open the following screen:

 

 

On this screen you can double click on any of the Yellow Background Text Field (See Understanding Yellow Background Fields) to change the last used number for various functions in BizWizard Order Manager™. 

 

Some companies like to change these numbers at the beginning of each year by adjusting the first four digits to match the year. 

 

NOTE:  When you make a change to any number, the new number must be a higher number than the previous number. 

 

After several years of business the database size can grow to be fairly large.  To reduce and control the size of the database there are several options:

v  Quote Management - You can set the # of days before quotes are deleted from the system

 

v  Log Activity - If this box is checked, it will log activity on actions done within BizWizard Order Manager™.

 

Ø  Clear Log entries after X days – The number of days determines how large your log file will become.

 

v  Outgoing E-Mail Retention - Determines How long to you want to retain your e-mails that have been sent from BizWizard Order Manager™.
