With BizWizard Order Manager™, you can track items for inventory and/or simply order as needed. When entering product(See Maintain Products) you have the choice to track items for inventory(See Inventory Details) and set stock levels and re-order level.
Non-Stock Inventory are items that you do not track inventory on, but may need to order to complete jobs.
Usually Non-Stock Inventory items are entered on an order by order basis by entering products to be ordered on the Order Inventory Screen (See Order Non-Stock Inventory) accessed from Maintain Order Line Item screen (See Order Line Items).
You can also order non-stock inventory items by going to a supplier account (See Maintain Supplier) and adding a new purchase order.
