You may occasionally wish to mail to your customers a letter reminding them that an order they placed is still waiting to be picked up at your store.  There is an easy way to print these letters.  To print reminder letters to mail out of orders where orders have not been picked up, click on the Orders tab, then orders not picked up mailing

This will print a reminder letter to be mailed to customers for them to come and pick up their orders.
